ARQA is an AI-powered business analytics platform that connects to your data sources (databases, 1C ERP, Excel, CRM systems, and others) and allows you to query and analyze your data through a natural language interface. The platform also provides features for scheduling and sending business documents such as invoices via email.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
• Use the Gmail integration to send spam or unsolicited emails.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to ARQA's full features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of ARQA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The ARQA platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of ARQA. You retain ownership of all data you bring into the platform. You grant ARQA a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

ARQA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARQA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
