Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
1. Introduction
ARQA ("we", "our", "us") operates the platform available at app.arqa.cc and arqa.cc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, and password when you register.
- Data source credentials: connection details for databases, 1C, Excel, and other integrations you configure.
- Gmail OAuth tokens: if you connect your Gmail account to send scheduled invoices on your behalf, we store an OAuth access token issued by Google. We use it solely to send emails you explicitly schedule through our platform.
- Usage data: chat history, reports, and queries you create within the platform.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics to maintain and improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the ARQA platform.
- To send emails (invoices, notifications) on your behalf through Gmail OAuth when you have configured this feature.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To send service-related notifications (we do not send marketing emails without your consent).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may share data only as necessary to operate the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers) or when required by law.
5. Gmail API Usage
ARQA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Gmail only to send emails you have explicitly scheduled through the ARQA platform. We do not read, store, or share the content of your Gmail inbox.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at salem@arqa.cc. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnecting your Gmail account from the platform.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at salem@arqa.cc.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
