Payment by Bank Cards
Payment by bank cards is processed through TipTopPay and Paddle.
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Payment Security
The service of payment via the Internet is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of observing confidentiality and security of payment, for which the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels are used. Bank card data entry is carried out on the secure payment page of InterPay.
Card Information Required
On the page for entering bank card data, you will be required to enter:
Card number
Cardholder name
Card expiration date
Three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard)
All necessary data is printed on the card itself.
Three-digit security code - these are three digits located on the back of the card.
3D Secure Verification
After entering your card details, you will be redirected to your bank's page to enter the 3DSecure code, which will be sent to you via SMS. If you do not receive the 3DSecure code, you should contact the bank that issued your card.
Cases of Payment Refusal
Payment may be declined in the following cases:
○ The bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which you can find out by contacting your bank;
○ Insufficient funds on the bank card. You can learn more about the availability of funds on your bank card by contacting the bank that issued the card;
○ Bank card data entered incorrectly;
○ The bank card has expired. The expiration date of the card is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can learn more about the expiration date of the card by contacting the bank that issued the card.

Data Confidentiality
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, email, bank card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.
Refund Policy
General Refund Rules
When paying by card, refunds in cash are not allowed. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.
The product return procedure is regulated by Article 14 of the Law "On Consumer Protection".
Refund Eligibility
○ Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods;
○ The consumer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person purchasing them;
○ The consumer has no right to refuse goods in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to which the right to cancellation does not apply to purchase and sale contracts for certain goods, including, among others, the following:
Food products that are perishable or have a short shelf life
Goods manufactured according to your requirements or clearly personalized
Sealed goods that are not subject to return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery
Goods that by their nature become inseparable from other goods after their delivery
○ When the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to them the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's costs for delivery from the consumer of the returned goods, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's relevant request;

Requesting a Refund
To refund money to a bank card, you need to send a request for service cancellation in the user's personal account in the corresponding order field.
The refund of money will be made to the bank card if this is feasible in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the policy of the Establishment where the service was ordered.
Refunds for Erroneous Transactions
To refund money for transactions made with errors, you need to submit a written application with attached copies of:
Passport
Receipts/vouchers confirming the erroneous charge
